Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at KH Manufacturing - North America. This is a key role that will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Scheduling and Prioritization: Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to production.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to maintenance team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with established quality procedures and guidelines.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with established safety procedures and guidelines, including GMP, HACCP, and Housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; technical schooling/training preferred.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in maintenance operations, with a strong background in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Proficient in creating preventive maintenance plans and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets.
  • Certifications: Certified in LOTO.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Facilities Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Proven experience in leadership and coaching, with a strong background in developing and implementing training programs.
Compensation

$35.55 / hr
