EHS Engineer Role

**Key Responsibilities**

- Continuously review and update company policies, adhere to local, state and federal regulations.
- Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations.
- Monitor personnel and work space.
- Encourage and advocate for safer work equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Track the number of incidents and produce reports.
- Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals.
- Drive the 8D analysis of incidents to maximize the learning's and avoid recurrence.
- Coordinate health and safety programs such as LOTO, noise control, PPEs, and hazard assessments.
- Participate in our company's project engineering designing activities.
- Collect process data such as air velocity, air contaminants, and noise monitoring.
- Train and lead the ERT team to adequately handle safety events 24/7.
- Development of environmental, health, and safety communications.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. Our total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
