Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this role, with an estimated annual compensation of $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician. You will educate patients and their family members and ensure the safety of the patient.

Major Areas of Responsibility
* Plan of Care: Develop an individualized ST plan of care and make adjustments as needs change.
* Guide the patient in his/her use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for the purpose of improving functioning.
* Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and progress to attending physician and any appropriate agency staff.
* Patient Outcomes: Use activities and home exercise programs to improve swallowing, breathing, cognition, speech and communication, and/or any other speech therapy related function.
* Minimize Patient Risk: Help decrease re-hospitalizations by teaching the patient on preventative measures and making good decisions.

Requirements
* A current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
* Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
* Capable of all physical demands
