Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team of addiction medicine specialists. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients and helping them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, as well as family therapy and education
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or other relevant licensure
  • Experience working with substance abuse and addiction populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
