Domino's Pizza LLC is a leading food service provider seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop employees to achieve high performance standards
  • Conduct daily food quality checks to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Take and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Manage employee shifts and schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Administer breaks and time-off requests
  • Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience is highly desirable
