Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at A1 Body & Glass. As a key member of our Body Shop, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough repair plan for each vehicle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage and execute a timely schedule, ensuring all repairs are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with management to stay up-to-date on new procedures and equipment in the industry, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CCC Estimating Software is essential; experience with MITCHELL Estimating is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Math, reading, and computer skills, with the ability to learn new procedures and specifications.
