About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance on all aspects of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 network operations support during weekdays and rotational on-call support during weekends and holidays
  • Follow incident, change, problem request, and service request management processes with 100% compliance to agreed standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
  • Analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to technical problems

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in network technologies, including routing, switching, LAN, WAN, wireless LAN, and administration of Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices
  • Strong understanding of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP routing protocols, QoS, TCP/IP, VLSM, and ACLs
  • Experience managing large and complex enterprise networks, including MPLS, IPSec VPN, and other WAN technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present solutions to customers and collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA or CCNP certification
  • Experience with FortiGate and Cisco Firepower Firewall
  • Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM
  • ITIL certification
