Position: Cardiac Care Registered Nurse
Become a vital part of a leading healthcare organization as a Cardiac Care Registered Nurse. In this role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and assessing nursing care in various patient scenarios, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct nursing care, fulfilling educational and leadership roles, engaging in collaborative decision-making, and participating in unit committees and quality enhancement initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Formulate care plans that incorporate strategies aimed at achieving desired outcomes.
- Execute the interventions outlined in the care plan and medical directives as necessary.
- Facilitate the coordination of care delivery.
- Utilize patient education to foster health and safety.
- Assess progress towards established outcomes.
- Uphold ethical nursing practices.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory from recognized organizations.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
