Job Overview

Position Summary:

Collaborate with production personnel and the production manager to ensure daily manufacturing operations align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to fulfill client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

·Offer leadership and guidance to production staff while supporting the manager

·Deliver training and support to production team members to uphold peak quality and operational efficiency

·Champion continuous enhancement initiatives by leading Kaizen teams that promote employee growth

·Conduct basic maintenance on machinery to achieve quality and operational goals.

·Partner with production teams to execute minor repairs on equipment and enhance production lines.

·Perform necessary quality assessments and inspections to confirm products meet established standards

·Contribute insights and assist in the implementation of process enhancements

·Ensure all inventory records are accurately maintained and timely

·Provide support as required to cover roles within the department

·Promote environmental and safety protocols and advancements

·Sustain a tidy and organized workspace adhering to 5S methodologies

·Comply with all organizational policies and procedures

·Complete all mandatory documentation throughout the shift

·Exemplify leadership qualities

·Other responsibilities or projects as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Leadership / Team Management
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Setting

Compensation:

$26 per hour
