Job Overview

Tacori is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain quality procedures for checking inbound and outbound goods
  • Inspect and review the assembly of jewelry, evaluating diamonds, colored stones, and metal to ensure quality standards are met
  • Process new jewelry orders and release jobs for manufacturing
  • Process upgrades and remakes, assessing credit levels
  • Process requests for components and findings
  • Perform administrative tasks, including logging rejections and reporting
  • Receive and process shipments of repairs, prioritizing tasks
  • Determine and log QC rejections
  • Communicate with customers via email and/or phone regarding service repairs, costs, and issues
  • Communicate internally with various departments regarding service, repairs, upgrades, and remakes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of quality control/assurance practices and tools preferred
  • Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and inspection processes a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and schedule tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on long-term and short-term projects
  • Understanding of corporate invoicing processes
  • High-level computer skills
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented
