Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.

Procurement and Budgeting:

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Track costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.", "Qualifications": "Required Qualifications:
