At Infojini Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Nursing Leader to join our team. This role is a full-time position with guaranteed hours and a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

Job Description:

  • The Perioperative Nursing Leader will be responsible for overseeing the perioperative services department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
  • This includes managing a team of nursing staff, surgical technologists, and procedure area technicians.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple challenges simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN degree
  • Master's Degree in nursing, healthcare, or business management preferred
  • Five years of relevant clinical and leadership experience
  • Current RN licensure in the State of DE
  • Participation in professional nursing activities
  • Current approved specialty certification required, CNOR preferred

Working Conditions:
