Job Summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular and other invasive studies or treatments. This is a full-time, day shift position with a 40-hour work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with cardiovascular and other invasive studies or treatments
  • Operate x-ray and special interventional angio suite/cath lab equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body
  • Position and instruct patients for radiological and fluoroscopic examinations
  • Adjust x-ray equipment and determine proper exposure settings for each part examined
  • Maintain and control inventory
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Radiological Sciences
  • 1 year of previous experience in invasive procedures
  • 1 year of recent clinical cardiology, interventional radiology or cardiovascular experience
  • 2 years' invasive cardiac cath lab experience (preferred)
  • ARRT and/or RCIS certification (preferred)
