**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to students. As a dedicated teletherapy specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication barriers and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct screenings to identify students needing further evaluation.
  • Train and provide resources to teachers and staff on speech and language development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and create comprehensive educational plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Stay current with research and developments in speech-language pathology.
  • Advocate for students' communication needs to ensure appropriate services and accommodations.
  • Support communication and language development in students with diverse needs.
  • Offer support and counseling to students and families regarding speech and language disorders.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and licensure.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Oklahoma Teaching Certification required
  • Oklahoma SLP license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection

Estimated Salary Range: Based on the guaranteed weekly hours and hourly rate, the estimated annual salary range for this position is between $88,320 and $110,400, depending on the number of hours worked per week.
