Commercial Roofing Specialist

CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leading commercial/industrial roofing company, seeks an entry-level Commercial Roofing Specialist to support sales representatives in Arkansas.

This position offers a competitive salary of $52,500 - $57,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and an annual bonus opportunity.

• Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs and communicate with customers to identify problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate roofing material and labor requirements for re-roofing projects.
• Work closely with sales forces to provide accurate information for proposal creation.
• Assist in marketing efforts for new accounts.

• Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and bid estimating software.
• General construction, roofing, or construction sales experience.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems, such as thermoplastic, BUR, metal, shingles, tile, SPF foam, and coatings preferred but will train the right individual.
• College degree in construction management or similar field preferred.
