Job Responsibilities

As a Food Service Leadership Opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and coordinating with other leaders to achieve remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant. You will build high-performance teams, identify and coach leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations, and increase profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs and promote sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years of restaurant leadership experience, including P&L management, labor percentages, and food cost control. A proven track record of developing other leaders and a passion for Chick-fil-A's values are also essential.
