The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall guidance, completion, and financial performance of projects, managing relationships with both clients and subcontractors. This role may involve overseeing a significant project or multiple smaller projects. The Senior Project Manager will also direct and mentor on-site personnel. This position requires strong business management skills, leadership capabilities, organizational proficiency, and excellent communication and client service abilities.

Required Qualifications for Senior Project Manager:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and corporate cost oversight.
  • 8+ years of experience in reviewing, executing, and managing client contracts, including subcontracts and vendor agreements, with a focus on facilitating discussions and negotiations.
  • 8+ years of extensive experience in managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
