About the Role

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a 3rd shift schedule. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to meet departmental short-term objectives and long-term goals.
  • Provide strong leadership and management capability to implement customer-focused processes and improvements in cost reduction, quality, safety, and asset ROI.
  • Develop and implement work management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing to optimize maintenance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety practices and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • Electro-Mechanical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Supervisory management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Two to three years of supervisory/lead experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and procedures.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various maintenance disciplines, such as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to do so.
  • Ability to be proactive in problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
