Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Pharmacy to provide interim coverage in a dynamic pharmacy environment. As an interim DOP, you will be responsible for leading operational and clinical duties, including staffing, meetings, and cost control reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and personnel management
  • Attending meetings and providing leadership
  • Reviewing medications and implementing cost control measures
  • Submitting CEO monthly reports
Requirements
  • Missouri pharmacist license
  • Experience with HCS order entry system and Omnicell automation
  • Specialty areas: Pediatrics and Adolescents
  • 1 technician for tech support
Travel and Logistics

Travel details: Kansas City or Springfield airports (1.5 hours away). Travel expenses will be considered for non-local candidates.
