Job Overview

As a key member of the Stans team, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and logistical support to ensure seamless product movement throughout the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, phone support, and coordinating with drivers, customers, and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and resolve issues related to product movement, billing, and payroll.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely support to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
