Registered Nurse/Operating Room Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Diverse Lynx. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in the operating room.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse/Operating Room will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room flow.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to any changes or concerns.
- Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
The successful candidate will have:
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room setting.
- Knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
