Position Details:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver professional nursing care to residents of various ages in a long-term care setting. You will work under the guidance of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate nursing principles relevant to the clinical environment.
- Utilize comprehensive nursing knowledge to address the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.
- Conduct assessments and administer medications or treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident interactions and care outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:
