Job Summary:

As a valued member of the McKenzie Willamette Medical Center team, the Radiologic Technologist plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Under the supervision of the Diagnostics Imaging management team, the successful candidate will perform a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, and operative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sound judgment in selecting exposure factors, film, and patient care practices to ensure accurate and safe imaging results.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment, including quality control and clerical tasks, to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification.
  • Current State of Oregon License.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital setting is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Required: C-ARC-BLS, C-ARRT Radiography Cert, L-OR-Rad Tech
