Park District Concession Sales Associate

Sales and Service:

  • Sell and prepare concession items accurately, safely, and efficiently.
  • Attend to all customer needs and problems in a prompt and courteous manner.

Concession Area Maintenance:

  • Keep concession areas clean, sanitary, and visitor-friendly.
  • Stock and rotate concession items as needed.

Operational Tasks:

  • Check messages and work schedule at the start of the shift.
  • Open registers and prepare assigned areas before concessions open to the public.
  • Closing out registers and other devices at the end of the business day.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up for rental events as needed.
  • Work rental events as scheduled.
  • Follow all safety procedures and support the park district's safety program.

Requirements:

  • Wear proper designated uniform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
