Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, adhering to the established standards of practice and organizational policies. This role is situated within the Surgical Services Department, specializing in outpatient procedures, and requires the expertise of a Registered Nurse in providing quality patient care.
Essential Qualifications:
$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus available
- Active nursing license in Utah or Compact States.
- BLS certification required within 60 days of employment.
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of employment; ENPC certification within 6 months.
- TNCC or ATCN certification required within one year of employment.
