Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit team at Christus Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a cardiac telemetry unit
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
