We are seeking dedicated warehouse personnel for our Jefferson City facility. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding organization.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Order Selector at Graves Foods is essential for the precise and prompt processing of orders within a warehouse setting. This role encompasses the selection, packaging, and dispatching of products to fulfill customer requests while ensuring optimal inventory management.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Efficiently select and handle products, ensuring they are neatly palletized.
  • Utilize a voice picking system to verify the accuracy of completed orders.
  • Safely operate an electric double pallet jack for product transportation.
  • Adhere to safety and productivity standards as a fundamental job requirement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Exhibit regular and punctual attendance as outlined in the attendance policy.
  • Assist in inventory counts and restocking efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training is available.
    • Experience with forklifts and other warehouse machinery is preferred.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and productivity metrics.
    • Capability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
    • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and OSHA regulations.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Voice picking experience is a plus.
  • Screening: Candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

WORK SCHEDULE: Sunday to Thursday, 5 PM to 12 AM, with overtime as necessary.

COMPENSATION: Starting pay at $17.20 per hour.
