Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and organize inventory, ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce, adhering to our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Execute recipes using various machines and utensils, from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas, and whisks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and stored.
Requirements
  • Able to speak the primary language of the kitchen.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • Must work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to effectively problem-solve.
  • Able to meet deadlines and analyze information.
