Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
- Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- We utilize DentaPro software for efficient patient care.
- Our offices are equipped with digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly training on OSHA, HIPPA, and Emergency Management.
- We maintain a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Our patient base consists of primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population.
- Our office flow averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
- We accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
- DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Other certifications as required, including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
- Attractive sign-on bonus of $100,000.
- No lab fees.
- Daily rate.
- FT providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.
- Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans are paid for by the company.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match.
- Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.
- Paid holidays and time off.
