Job Title: Med Surg RN Charge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Med-Surg RN Charge to join our team at CodeForce. As a Med-Surg RN Charge, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and prioritize care based on patient acuity and unit needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Med-Surg RN
  • Active PALS and BLS certifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
