Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Westfield Specialty is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content across various channels, including email, social media, and the company website.
  • Create and manage content for Westfield Specialty's social media, emails, and other digital communication channels.
  • Work with a team of marketers and stakeholders to maintain Westfield Specialty's digital presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content and optimize global initiatives and campaigns through omnichannel marketing.
  • Research and implement new marketing channels and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analytics on content performance and trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with managing Marketing Automation Tools in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, organized self-starter who thrives in a distributed team environment.
  • Incredible writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills as the role requires.
