Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and operating the cash register.
    • Work alongside volunteers to provide positive experiences and meet daily goals.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Assist donors with unloading donation drop-offs and load/unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
    • Help clean and move priced items to the showroom floor.
  • Team Player
    • Project a professional image and consistently demonstrate a great attitude, smile, and willingness to help.
    • Communicate clearly and courteously with colleagues and customers.
    • Be self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching in awkward positions.
    • Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, and building materials up to 50 pounds.
    • Volunteer experience preferred.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • $15.30 per hour.
    • Part-time hourly position, scheduled no more than 29 hours per week.
