- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, policy administration, and compliance with federal and state laws.
- Work closely with management to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, staying up-to-date on best practices in talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, Business Management, or related field, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Proven track record of effective recruitment and talent management.
- Professional certification in HR (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems, including Workday.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
