As a Lead Teller at Waterstone Bank, you will play a key role in directing the daily administrative and operational functions of the teller area. This includes supervising staff, training on operations, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and knowledge.
  • Assist Branch Management with administrative and operational processes.
  • Generate and maintain retail banking relationships through sales and relationship building calls.
  • Act as primary source for teller questions and assist with training and development of employees.
  • Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and promoting current promotional offers.
  • Maintain knowledge of WSB's core processing system, WSB products and services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing an unparalleled banking experience.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend reasonable changes to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of cash handling and customer service experience.
  • 1 year of lead/supervisor experience and/or 6 months branch banking experience.
