We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Receiving Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of donations at our North Canton location.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload donations from vehicles and assist donors with their donations
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate daily donation counts and begin presorting items into categories
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
