Staffing Consultant

Surge Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates, while also driving sales growth and branch profits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Recruiting, interviewing, and referring candidates to meet client needs
• Conducting service calls to ensure quality customer service and driving sales growth
• Developing and implementing marketing programs to attract new business and retain existing clients
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and temporary associates

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet
