C&W Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power transmissions.
Responsibilities:- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, following established standards and procedures.
- Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and work procedures.
- Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
- Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts, scissors lifts, and skid loaders.
- Work at heights, using fall protection equipment as necessary.
- Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
- High school degree or equivalent required; AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance and/or 4+ years education in industrial maintenance technologies/engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, and mathematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate up to $36.25/hour (DOE).
