Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietetic Technician to join our team at Ohio Living Swan Creek. As a Dietetic Technician, you will work closely with the Registered Dietitian to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided to residents daily. Your responsibilities will include listening and responding to the needs of residents and team members, reviewing dietary requirements for each resident admitted to the facility, and assisting the attending physician in planning for the resident's prescribed Plan of Care.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate degree of Applied Science in Dietetic Technology from a school accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) required
  • Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) designation from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) required
  • ServeSafe certification required or willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
  • Two years experience as a dietetic technician in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare environment preferred
  • Proficiency with diet management software
