RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification. Additionally, you must have DSP 1 certification and at least one year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors.
