Alcanza Clinical Research is a rapidly expanding clinical research company with multiple locations across the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in this exciting role.

The successful candidate will work closely with our site management team and principal investigators to ensure the smooth execution of assigned studies. Responsibilities will include:
  • Screening patients for study enrollment;
  • Patient consents;
  • Patient follow-up visits;
  • Documenting in source clinic charts;
  • Entering data in EDC and answering queries;
  • Obtaining vital signs and ECGs;
  • Maintaining and ordering study-specific supplies;
  • Scheduling subjects for study visits and conducting appointment reminders;
  • Conducting monitoring visits and resolving issues as needed.

This is a full-time position, and the estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, health savings accounts, and supplemental insurance, as well as a 401k plan with an employer safe harbor match.

Requirements for this role include a Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, or EMT credential, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and electronic health records is also required. Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus, and BLS certification is preferred.
