Job Title: Clinical Ultrasound Manager

At Pearl Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Ultrasound Manager to lead our team of vascular technologists. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ultrasound department, including managing staff, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of vascular technologists, providing guidance and support as needed
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in ultrasound technology or a related field
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience supervising staff
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound principles and techniques, with certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
