The Client Support Partner role at Cadence Bank will be involved in the sales and support of Treasury Management products to high-profile internal clients. This position requires the ability to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction, with a focus on building and maintaining effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of implementation agreements, contracts, and documents
  • Submit paperwork and communicate with clients on the status of implementation
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve client issues, engaging business partners and communicating with customers, TM Sales Officers, and Relationship Managers
  • Proactively identify and implement changes to operational processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiencies
  • Serve as a point of escalation for clients to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities that benefit existing clients
  • Work with vendors for third-party services when applicable
  • Independently manage workflow and expectations with minimal oversight
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Business professional with integrity, trustworthiness, and honesty, able to handle confidential information
  • 2-5 years of Treasury Management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Banking and Treasury Management
  • Flexible hours between 7am-6pm
  • Call Center experience
