Personal Wealth Strategist

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve success. You'll be responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.

• Build strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create comprehensive strategies for achieving their financial goals.
• Oversee branch processes and ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Financial services and/or sales experience is a plus.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification is required.
• Professional and/or military career progression is also valued.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$100,000, depending on your level of experience and performance. With our unique compensation program, you can earn additional income based on your sales performance.
