Aerotek is seeking an experienced Detail-Oriented Professional to join our team as a Quality Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products and processes to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
- Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance quality.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues efficiently.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
