Job Summary
As an Outpatient Services Registered Nurse PRN, you will be integral in providing high-quality care to surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Educating patients and their families about medications and treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating them with test results.
- Administering medications as per physician directives.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or an appropriate compact license.
- Have at least one year of experience in a pre-operative setting.
- Possess a Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN is preferred.
- Have current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
