Job Overview
The Head of Business Development role at Project Cost Solutions, Inc. is a high-impact position that requires strategic business development skills to help scale the company quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing market and business development initiatives and projects across the U.S., with a focus on our innovative cloud platform Construction Check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations creating and nurturing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of high-quality, educated Business Development Reps that work across the Commercial, Government, and Enterprise practice segments.
  • Initiate research in practice area verticals to identify opportunities and make contact with new customers or partners via networking to secure initial discovery meetings.
  • Ownership of the sales development funnel including process improvements and tool development to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategy and goals for practice areas in the government agencies, public & private industry, and professional service firms.
  • Assist with preparation of bids and proposals, bid strategy, and provide input into the request for response process.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
