Job Description
As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing holistic, evidence-based care to patients in Matthews Township and surrounding areas. This includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating health problems, and counseling patients on healthy lifestyle choices. You will also participate in an on-call and holiday rotation, and support clinics in various locations. Additionally, you will be empowered to practice at the top of your clinical license with the support of our clinical care team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, and a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification. Preferred qualifications include EPIC experience and proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages.
