The primary responsibility of the Showroom Staging Specialist is to implement showroom enhancements and merchandising initiatives.
This role involves collaborating with a project team to execute layout modifications and product relocations in accordance with merchandising and visual guidelines, ensuring all showrooms meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandising: Execute showroom projects and new openings, ensuring proper installation of various product categories, including rugs, lamps, and electronics.
- Assist in receiving and tagging inventory, ensuring optimal display setups, including layout, signage, and lighting.
- Safety: Maintain safety standards in product setup and ensure all items are functional and hazard-free.
- Maintenance: Keep the work area organized and clean during projects, managing recyclable materials and supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and showroom management to achieve organizational goals.
Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1-5 years in Operations or Maintenance within a similar environment.
Flexible schedule required, including weekdays and occasional weekends. 40-hour work week with generally 10-hour shifts.
Physical Requirements:Ability to lift over 75 lbs consistently and work on feet for extended periods. Must be comfortable with heights and capable of using basic hand tools.
Technology Skills:Proficient in general PC use, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iPad.
Certifications:Valid Florida Driver License required.
