Montessori Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and leading a model classroom that embodies the principles of authentic Montessori education.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create a learning environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in children aged 3-6
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Montessori curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in Montessori education

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A 3-6 Montessori diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience working with children aged 3-6 in a group setting
