Field Service Technician for Heavy Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to become an integral part of our organization, which specializes in the distribution and maintenance of heavy machinery. In this role, you will be tasked with the sales and servicing of various hydraulic drilling equipment, including top hammer and DTH rigs, along with water well drilling machinery.
- Develop new service accounts while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
- Deliver thorough product support, resolving customer inquiries both in person and via phone. Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks both in the workshop and on-site, necessitating a robust understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Encourage the sale of both new and pre-owned machinery.
- Foster effective internal communication to enhance collaboration between sales and customer service teams.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight is a crucial requirement for this position.
Compensation Structure: Your earnings will reflect your level of experience, compensated on an hourly basis and paid bi-weekly. This is a full-time role with potential for overtime.
